DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- GENERATE NEW BUSINESS FOR NEW ANTHEM BEER
- THIS IS THE KEY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS POSITION. YOU WILL SPEND THE CORE OF YOUR TIME IN THIS TASK. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK WITH DISTRIBUTOR AND RETAILERS TO GROW “QUALITY” POD AND INCREASE CE THROUGHOUT AOR.
- MANAGE KEY ACCOUNTS AND PROJECT GROWTH THROUGHOUT AOR
- ASSISTS DIRECTOR OF BREW OPS DICTATE PRODUCTION SCHEDULES TO MEET DEMAND
- GROW RELATIONSHIP CUSTOMERS AND DISTRO REPS/MANAGERS
- USE PERESONAL SKILLS TO CREATE BOND WITH LOCAL CUSTOMERS FROM BIG TO SMALL FOSTERING A SENSE OF COMMUNITY AMONG OUR RETAILERS
- WORK WITH RETAILERS TO GAIN A DEEPER UNDERSTANDING OF HOW WE CAN DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
- PERFORM PRODUCT DEMOS AND EVENTS
- PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR CUSTOMERS
- RELIEF FROM DELIVERY ISSUES
- RELIEF FROM ODDLY POURING BEERS
